Basically what the title says. I have a professional headshot that looks high-quality when I open it on my computer (in both .png and .jpg forms), but when I upload it to secondary apps I've noticed the version that comes up on their end looks fuzzy. Is anyone else having this issue? Is it normal, or is it something I can fix?

Thanks for any help!!

Yeah I would see if you can increase file size up to the limit, if not it's probably an issue on their end
Hmm I tried to do that in Photoshop and the largest I can make it is 1.2 MB. The original PNG file of the photo is 3.1 MB, but this app + most others require a jpeg

Jpeg compression is a thing. It compresses more naturally than a png. Try converting from png again and there should be a drop-down or something in Photoshop to not compress too much. I forget what the exact phrasing is.
