if you don't hear back from programs, does that mean that they aren't interested in you?
just wondering.

I was wondering that too. I heard some people got a letter from magee and I haven't heard anything. should i assume they arn't interested?

I interviewed at Magee on Nov 18 and did not get the letter until the end of December. So it may just take some time to get your letter. I would not worry. I think we have to remember to make our match lists based on where we want to go rather than based on where is going to rank us highly.

No! Definitely not. It's true that some programs contact a few applicants at the top of their lists to express interest (which is a little sketchy), but others do not contact applicants at all, as a policy. I know it's impossible not to read into every little thing at this time, but try not to. Make your rank list according to what *you* want, not what program you think you're going to get into.

Good luck!!

Do phone calls from a program show more interest? the phone calls I have received have been pretty generic asking if I had any questions. So I wasn't sure.
