If anyone here has ever done data reduction/scoring on heart rate data by looking at the raw IBI values generated by a Schmitt trigger over a brief time window (5-10 seconds) rather than the analog signal, please either post or send me a PM - have a couple questions about your decision rules if you don't mind.
