Helminths- know anything about eggs, structure, etc?

Just wondering since FA is lacking vs. coursework....do you need to know any specifics about Egg appearances and just structural general helminth stuff (life cycles, etc...)

I guess it would be useful to know the infectious form, for most helminths the egg is the infectious form. But there are also several where the larva stage is the infectious form such as for strongyloides, hookworms, schistosoma....

aren't some differentiated by the nuclei in the tip + - sheath also

do you also have to know the fungi and yeasts? those were a bear for me 😕
