My pcat is scheduled on July 9th, which is a little bit less than a month. I have been trying to study for the past month and a half but as of right now I haven't covered everything I need to go over. So far, all I have studied really are chemistry and about 70% of biology. I have been using dr. Collins mostly, and Kaplan if needed. I still have to study math, reading, and verbal. I have not taken any practice exams yet, however I do go over the dr. Collins practice questions for Chem. please let me know if I am running out of time or if you think I have enough time to cover everything, and also any tips you suggest! Thanks

GOOD JOB , cover chem fullest, that'll up yr score, then BIO, good good. keep using collins. its better to do yr best in few section then do alright in all, trust me. aim for 99 in yr best section chem bio, and 89 in math.
if u get really worn out, bring eye droppers to hydrate yr eyes TEST, if u can do better in verbal then do it, or math. whichever u feel like it. but do yr best at that 3rd topic.
i know u got chem bio down. for me i did verbal
get me 99 chem 90 bio 89 verbal, i think ull do well or 99 on ALL 3 😀😀😀😀

How did it go? 🙂

Hey guys! Sorry for the late update, but the exam went really well for me today. Since the time I posted this, I was able to fully comprehend biology and chemistry. As for the verbal, reading, and math sections; I still did not feel confident in them when going into the exam. I ended up with a composite score of 90 because I did extremely well in both biology and chemistry, but scored average/mediocre in the others.

If you feel like your biology is not so great, I definitely recommend checking out this website http://mcat-review.org/index.php . I know it says it's for the MCAT, but it really gives you a great summary and overview of what you need to know for the bio section on the PCAT.

As for chemistry, I strongly suggest you use Dr. Collins! It helped me learn all of the basics and techniques for the chem section. Also, a website I found to be EXTREMELY helpful was http://www.coursesaver.com . Watching Chad's videos helps you get a better understanding for concepts and explanations. I had a pretty weak knowledge of orgo because I haven't taken it in a year, but everything in Dr. Collins orgo section should be able to cover everything in the PCAT.

GOOD LUCK!!!!

Are you selling your dr.collins? I'd most likely buy it off of you
