Technology HELP! Biometric locked me out!

I just purchased a dell latitude d820 with a fingerprint reader. I set up all the biometric software, scanned my fingerprints, I configured my computer so it would ask for my fingerprints and password to login. It said in order for this to work it had to reset. So I did and now it says no fingerprints registered for this user!! I cant get into my brand new laptop! Please, can anyone give me any advice, i am currently on hold for the dell online chat for support but im not expecting much....

Dell helped out...last time I play around with that thing. Im not James Bond over here, i dont need 3 levels of security lol
