HELP! Internship Interview

So on Monday the professor sent me an email asking what time I am available to meet with him next week. So I immediately replied him and listed out a bunch of time that I'm free, but it's now Saturday and he still hasn't replied back yet. What should I do? Send him a follow-up email or just wait?
