HELP!!! LOR to Finch

what is the Letter of recommendation requirement for finch/chicago med? and WHERE do i send them to? thanks

yes i got the secondary applictaion from finch last thursday. but the stupid thing doesn't tell you what they want for LOR and where to send them to

I received the secondary last Friday. The second page of the secondary tells you exactly what to send for the LOR. They require either one composite evaluation from your school, or three individual LORs. "The individual letters must be submitted by professors under whom you have studied, persons who have supervised your work experience(s) or others who are uniquely qualified to comment on you potential for the study of medicine" Send the LORs to:
FUHS/The Chicago Medical School
Office of Medical School Admissions
3333 Green Bay Road
North Chicago, IL 60064
