Help me with Penn secondary...

In the parent info section, I have spots for four parents even though I did not click "add parent" button. Does anybody know how to remove this?

I have been spending all my free time trying to finish these secondaries. 'Cause I won't be able to come back to them for a while. But thanks for noticing my absence. I feel so loved.
