Help! Name dropping in primary application

For my most meaningful section, I included a patient's first name along with their disease and how it tied to their ancestry. Am I screwed??

That's kind of bad especially considering they likely know the institution this patient was treated at, but if it's a simple name they'll probably assume it's a nickname. Not sure how this is viewed but probably wouldn't be a make or break

Uncommon names and/or diseases permit identification, especially if the reader can surmise the location.
