I am a dental graduate from foreign country, want to apply for part I exam. Could any one tell me that in addition to the ECE evalution, do I need a letter from the dean of my dental school for the application?

So!! I've a friend applied with his ECE evaluation only
He didn't need any thing else besides
Also the TOEFL
but if possible can you help me with the ECE evaluation
