Get it done by WES! :)
Actually I'm just kidding here. :)
But you may want to give it a try.

You can't do a lot about a low GPA at this point, but you can always compensiate for it by good part 1 scores, work experience and excellent LOR.

Hi Dental Doc, I don't know about excluding marksheets with 'fail' on them.. the next marksheet will always say second attempt (right?)

It did not make any difference at all to mine !!!waste of a lot of money..there was a thread about it before on " wes" evaluation . .Im not able to find that thread ..maybe you ought to look into it before you send your marks sheet..you need to send them all your transcripts....your evaluation will be incomplete otherwise ..they might even have resources to get it from you previous school if you try to cheat or evade..your marks . :scared: .just a friendly advice. :D
    Thanks

While the search function continues to be disabled, you won't be able to look for something more than a few weeks old. And that thread you're talking about is quite old.
Some member once mentioned it made a 0.1 difference from ECE. That isn't that much, but I guess you never know. :)

the search function is operating again.

as for gpa, wes made a 0.1 difference to mine compared to ece- it was 3.79 and its 3.89 with wes. so i dont know if its really worth it. but i felt it was worth a shot since every 0.1 can also make a difference if they ever use our gpa as a criterion for admission.

    Well tasha.... it depends,
Like if u had failed all the subjects in a year(may be due to unavoidable reasons) & u attempt all the subjects againit after 6 months, in that case u can skip the marksheet with fail scores-I doubt whether the next marksheet will always say second attempt!

This is just my suggestion for cooldent!- Not that I really did that(b'cos there is no need for me!) :)

Guys, u know what somebody gave "credit" to this idea as cheater & added this to my karma- Do I really deserve this
I will be happy if the person can send me a pm explaining in what way it had hurt his/her feelings

I agree with the others about you trying to get an evaluation from WES but I don't know how true that is as i haven't got it done myself and am saying it on hearsay(someone i know did it had some change if not much to their gpa and also toothmail also has written the same thing above)
Also, i don't want to sound ridiculous but then there are people who tried improving their scores by doing a small course in the US and doing well on that(with some credits) and trying to get their eval done however that needs some time and lots of effort and I'm sorry to say i don't know how practical that is keeping in view the little time we have at hand.(Now that also depends on how badly we want to improve on our GPA).
And then there is always something like the fact that if you get a good score on your national boards then its ok if you have an ok GPA as it's the balance that matters.
I hope that helps even if a little.
    good luck with your efforts.
