help regarding toefl

i completed my toefl on july 2008 ,is it possible to apply with that score for next admission cycle,that is may 2010?expecting ur valuable guidance

ur toefl score is valid for 2 yrsfrom the date of exam....so i guess u wud have to give it again...but still u can call the universities and find out telling them ur case...its their call finally

For most universities, The TOEFL score must be current within two years of application. For ex. If the university application deadline is in Sept, 2010 TOEFL exams must have been completed in September 2008 or later.

Nope...TOEFL is valid only for 2 years as somebody else posted already...Retake as soon as posssible to be focused on the applications and deadlines on 2010 cycle....Good luck

dont worry about that now, as u already got way above 100 relax, I am positive for you wait till jan end befor u think about this caapid starts accepting applications for next cycle in april so if u apply in april to caapid may be u may not need to do it. good luck

hi possible,i just want to know if i apply to cappid on april 2010 ,is it possible to apply with the score which i got on july 2008.the universities have mentioned that we have to apply with the score which we got within 2 yrs,what i want to know is ,is that two yrs scheldule is from the date of our application or from the school dead line date ?any body plz clear my confusion

i can understand your state of mind in trying not to take chances for next year. i would do the same in your situation. but just think about my point. for a person who has already got over a 100 would it be difficult to prepare and get a good score in a short time. i strongly advise you to take out the point of next cycle from your mind till jan end and decide in feb what is best for you. i am sorry of i have hurt you with my over emphasis on taking things cool.

what u r saying is correct my friend,do u have any idea about which materials are best for preparing part 2 within 3 months period?i think its better to study deck,mosby,released q bank.if u have any informations pls update my friend

i gave part2 and got a decent score to be acknowleged by a few. i read for a short time and felt decks and the recently released asda (last 4 pakets) are the best source i have no idea about mosby, looked at kaplan q bank but it was not worth spending time on. for more details u can pm me.
