Help with Dental professors letters of recommendation in order to apply to ENDO

😕 Please, somebody that is allready studying a postdoctoral program and is from a foreing country that can give an idea of the letters of recommendation that I need in order to apply to a postdoctoral program at the University of Minnessota.
I call to my teachers in my home country, where I get my Predoctoral Dental education, but they ask me for a sample of this letter.
I was looking for more that 5 hours at the internet, but I couldn't get any template or sample of it.
If somebody can give a web site address, or any reference book o ...something, I'll really apreciate it.
I need this asap because my mom is coming to visit me in two weeks and she can bring me the originals letters of recomendation.

you should ask them to get the letter typed on the college/university letterhead and should be the Profferors pesonal letterhaed.
The letter should be as follows
"-------(your name) is a student of ------(college name). I have been observing him ever since he started taking my course. He trained under me in the dental specialty of Endodontics. He is sincere, hardworking and always interested in learning new techniques to keep himself up-to date with the latest clinical developments. Dr ------ is a soft-spoken, gentle person who can be entrusted with important duties and brings out the very best of his fellow colleagues who work with him. He has an excellent character.I found him to have more than basic knowledge required to practice Endodontics. I wish him all the best in her future endeavors.
