Help with DO list

Hello all,

I was hoping I could get some recommendations for schools that I should apply to.

Stats and ECs


MCAT: 508 (126, 127, 127, 128)
cGPA: 3.72 sGPA: 3.68

Non-traditional: have spent the last 2 years working as a lab technician in a research lab at a university

200 hours volunteering in an emergency room
40 Hours of shadowing a DO
30 hours volunteering for a science outreach program in my biology department

2 first author publications (1 review and 1 research article)
multiple presentations and abstracts

There is some other stuff but thats the gist of it.

I am a NY resident.

My list so far:

NYIT-COM
Tuoro-NY
Both PCOM
Rowan-SOM
RVU-SOM
CCOM
AZCOM
UNECOM
MSUCOM
LECOM

Any other suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance guys! 🙂

You are competitive for all those DO schools. Are you planning to apply to MD schools also?

I am considering applying to my state schools, but I am mostly interested in DO programs.

You could receive interviews at all 4 SUNY's, Albany and NYMC.
