(I'm not an expert!) It sounds like you have found some really great activities. I would look over the "leadership" box and try to think of a way to fill that one out, perhaps with one of your above activities or from elsewhere. You may wish to frame the first one under "Teaching/Education".

Shadow someone in primary care and volunteer to help those less fortunate (such as at a homeless shelter, soup kitchen, food bank etc). Some students go overboard on shadowing, you should aim for 50+ as opposed to anything over 100.

I'd call pre-school, "volunteer, clinical" rather than "teaching/tutoring" as the latter usually assumes a skill in explaining complex topics as one would do in small groups in med school which has a parallel in explaining diagnosis and treatment plans to patients and families in language that is easily understood.

I agree that you need a little shadowing in a primary care setting.

The time spent with elderly patients is "clinical".

Don't knock yourself out for "leadership" but do find something that demonstrates your ability to work as a member of the team. If you work up to a leadership position on the team, that's great but joining (or creating) a club so you can lead it is not impressive.

Club - I did work up to a leadership position, but I do it more for the love of it than the position... I have read many of your other posts and have learnt so much from you and other seniors in the group. Thank you.

The best leaders are the ones who don't do it for the position. True respect is earned, not commanded. If you were involved in something and people looked up to you / let you take the reigns, that sounds like something worth mentioning.

However, I would be looking at your current activities and seeing if you can take over some responsibilities or start up some new initiative within them. You don't have to be the founder / boss / etc to take on new responsibilty that involved others working with you taking the reigns. I find a lot of group activities where everyone is still equal, but someone has to make the decisions or organize all of the events, etc, that is still "leadership" even amongst peers and equals.
