HELP with getting in at USC for ASPID PROGRAM

Can anyone help me how to get into USC?
I have all the requirements except the TOEFL. I do not have any ideas how the application really goes except that I know that it is difficult to get in. Are there any classes I need to take? Does anyone know how I start?

Please help. I am desperate to get into the program.
