I will be entering 6 weeks of dedicated soon and I am confused as to what to tackle first. I haven't done Zanki continuously throughout pre-clinicals/clinical, but I really learn best from anki cards as I used it for a few of my shelf exams and have done well. I know zanki has ~27k cards, which is impossible to go through in 6 weeks, so is there a smaller deck for dedicated studying? Otherwise, what other advice do you all have for creating a schedule to follow in 6 weeks?

I was in the same position as you last year, assuming you are at a 18mo preclinical program. Personally, I think anki works really well for certain things (bugs and drugs) and can be a bit inefficient or counterproductive for other subjects. I would download and complete the Duke pathoma deck and a relatively short dedicated anatomy deck. Hopefully you have been doing cards for Sketchy vids (either pepper or zanki) but if you haven't I would choose the pepper deck.

As for how to schedule dedicated, it's honestly incredibly individual but the basic formula is pretty consistent: Review First Aid, complete Uworld, and review weak subject areas. Also try to be systematic in your approach.

For what it's worth (my score was in the 250s) I spent the first 2 weeks of my 6 week dedicated doing a systems based review starting with my weakest subjects. I then integrated more and more subjects on UWorld as I completed my review of each organ system. I would aim to do 3-4 practice exams. Definitely do both of the UWorld practice exams. I think doing every single practice NBME is overkill and not an efficient use of time, but YMMV.
