Hey, any input is appreciated,
* if the anticodon on transfer -RNA is 5'ACG3', then which of the following is its corresponding codon on messenger-RNA?
A- CGT
B-CGU
C-TGC
D-UAG
E-UGC

* coupled respiration requires each of the following except one, which one is this exception:
A- ADP
B- oxygen
C-Carbon dioxide
D- Electron donor
E- Inorganic phosphate

* which of the following is a nucleotide?
A- Urate
B- Uracil
C- Ribose
D- Riboflavin
E- pyridoxine

* Juxtaglomerular and cortical nephrons differ primarly in :
A- filtration rate
B- location of macula densa
C- length of proximal tubule
D- length of distal convoluted tubule
E- length of the thin segment of the loop of henle.
With explanation if possible.
Thanx 🙂

ans of (1) is E
ans of last q is also E as written in kaplan that jg which is present near the corticomedulary junction have long loop of henle therefore they r critically imp in forming hpertonic gradient in medullary interstitium.

correct me if i m wrong.

and explanation is same as mentioned by drarch

1 -B
2 -C
3 -?? nucleotide contains both B & C
4 -E

No, it's B. Answer E is the correct bases but has them listed from 3' to 5'. You have to list them from 5' to 3', making B the correct answer.
Thanx ItsgavinC 4 taking the time to respond but would u please explain how u came up with your answer ( B )
