help with U Mich and UCLA application

In U Mich application,few questions have to be answered.

What do u think should be the answer for

-"your motivation to apply for this program"
-"what do u hope to achieve by completing this program"
-"tell us about ur dental experience" since your completion of dental degree...what if i am a fresh graduate?

I am NOT specifically asking for answers but an idea of what does the school expect as an answer.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also in UCSF application,they ask for publications.If i don't have any do i mention this OR I just skip the question?
There is a question regarding a classmate cheating,how to answer these?

Jus go thro their website, see what stuff the university does and what you like about their program and write on those lines. Remember you should be honest abt what u feel.
For the second question, think about your goals and how the program will help u to achieve them.
Have u observed or volunteered or shadowed a dentist, if u have then u can write about that experience.

It took me a week to write all my essays..u dont have much time, try to do it asap..umich deadline is august 31st.
