I had a MMI style Pharmacy interview for UKCOP, and I was accepted. You really can't study for it, so don't even try (I'm not even kidding about this). Definitely brush up on controversial medical issues in society today though: Antivaccination movement, legalizing marijuana, needle programs, ObamaCare, etc. Though if you get some facts wrong, they won't count against you, just own what you are saying and make it believeable.
For my MMI there were 7 tasks/questions lasting 7 min each: 2 activity based, 4 discussion, and one role playing. MMI's are mostly to see if you're able to communicate and if you can work in groups. They usually admit everyone who doesn't raise red flags during the interview.
