I want to sign up some professional forum,but they need an institutional email address to sign up,where can i sign up an institutional email address(like hospital site or medical center site, etc.)?Or somebody can invite me to sign up an institutional email.Thanks.🙂

The professional forum you are trying to sign up for probably wants its members to be professionals who belong to a professional institution. You can't just "sign up" for an institutional email address, you are assigned an institutional email when you become a part of the institution.
