I went through all of Chad's gen chem videos and now am starting to do problems in the DAT destroyer and i'm seriously getting destroyed. I feel like I literally didn't learn anything. Is this a bad sign? What should I do?

...there are literally hundreds of threads like this on SDN. RELAX. happens to everyone. Destroyer is supposed to crush you the first time. it gets MUCH easier after the first time.

I came on here to start a thread titled "Being Destroyed by Destroyer" LOL.

Good to know that we are definitely not alone.

Hopefully the second time through it will be easier.

There are some questions that I have encountered in GC so far that I am skipping entirely. So far, #26, 27 and 79 are WTF questions I am skipping entirely.

I am not going to let this thing Destroy my confidence.

First time is always terrible. My first time (which was like 2 weeks ago), I got destroyed. But learn each mistake and move on to the next problem. When you go through it a second time you will remember the general idea for MOST of them while some others you may forget or make a silly mistake. I went from getting about half right to about 80ish percent right the second time through. Remember, the GC and OC are harder on the destroyer than the real test and the destroyer is trying to trick you a lot so don't feel too bad.

I feel you. I am worried too because my exam is on the 15th.
