So pathoma covers more than FA in some regards (i.e.- they discuss all the AMLs besides just APML...) I guess in general, just stick with whats in FA? (note im watching pathoma videos and annotating onto FA as appropriately)

Pathoma is fairly short and high-yield as it is. I would just go ahead and know what's mentioned in there vs. gambling on the FA section being adequate. I thought the RBC/WBC chapters in Pathoma were particularly good.

Disclaimer: I'm in the process of studying for Step 1 as well, so people who've taken it already can provide better insight into how much heme/onc we're expected to know.
