I am bit confused between the difference between the two. Hemoglobin is a tetramer, so is myoglobin a tetramer or a monomer and are they both quanternary structures?

myoglobin is a monomer (a single peptide). It is usually found in muscle tissue
hemoglobin is a tetramer (4 polypetides)
