Can we start a thread where HemOnc fellows interviewing for new jobs (ACADEMIC/PP)after fellowship can share their experince of Job interview/ sallary offers/bonus/work schedule......etc

That may help residents/students intrested in hemonc and fellows planning to decide between academic/PP

This would be some interesting info. However, even with the relative anonymity of the internet, I doubt anyone will post their experiences, may just some here-say on the current market.
