First post here. Been a long time lurker. I have a question. To get my GPa verified... All I have to do is hand in my transcript matching form to my bursar office and then e-submit?

The instructions for that portion of the aadsas application mention individually adding each subject from my transcript into my coursework, which confuses me since that part of the application says its for "planned/in progress courses."

What gives?

You need to MANUALLY enter every single class you've taken into AADSAS. You add a college, then copy directly from your transcript. It's very tedious but has to be done. You also put in planned coursework, but schools usually understand if things don't pan out exactly like you had thought (unless, that is, we're talking about prereqs--you have to get those in).

You actually should have sent in your transcripts a long time ago if you are e-submitting now. When you sign up on AADSAS, I'm 99% sure that they even give you a message that the very first thing to do to "get the ball rolling" is to send in transcripts from all of the colleges you've attended. They take about a week to arrive and be uploaded, and then it takes even longer for your GPA to be verified. They will compare what is on your transcripts to what you have entered on your application and make changes where they see necessary.

GPA gets verified once all transcripts are in and you pay them a million dollars. Or whatever it is lol.

You have to individually enter ALL completed and planned/in progress before the transcripts are ever verified. They have instructions at the top of the page on how to go about it.

Also, everything goes in the "coursework" tab.

Thanks for this.

I've submitted already without entering every grade manually as you say. I don't even see where to add them in this way. Under coursework all I see is a planned/in progress section.

Anybody have any experience with how to correct this sort of problem? Will I have to wait till the academic update period? Ill be giving AADSAS a call.

I see. Thank you.

Just saw this--

"ADEA AADSAS will contact you and return your application for corrections or explanations if it identifies a significant number of course discrepancies or omissions. Failure to properly enter all course information and to make corrections as requested may result in processing delays and you may jeopardize your chances for admission."

It looks like they'll kick it back to you. I'd call Monday to expedite this process. It'll all be fine! 👍
