hey guys

i have a doubt and wud like a lil help from ya all......in the request form for the nbde part1 scores dat we have to send to the ADA , do we have to write the complete mailing address of the university where we want our score reports to be sent or just the name of the university and the dental college.....like shd i jus fill in their boston university school of dental medicine.....or do i have to write in the exact admission office address of boston college.....

sorry if it's a silly query but i jus got confused...

also guys can u tell me if banks in canada would notarize documents and how much do they charge for it...?????

u might need to write entire address like 'office of admissions " to prevent delay in ur application processing.
