Hi, quick question for TMDSAS applicants

If I haven't heard from some schools yet as in not received any interview calls from them, with the match deadline looming, should I assume that I will NOT be hearing from these schools? Like after the match date in Feb, will my application be withdrawn from schools I didn't even get an interview from or haven't heard anything from? I just wanted to find out about this. If this is the case then in my honest opinion, it is actually kind of silly that these schools do not at least contact the applicant informing him/her that their application has been rejected, rather than dragging them along to the general Dec 15th deadline for interviews.

From what I hear, if you haven't heard for interviews by now from TMDSAS schools, it pretty much equals a rejection. Supposedly, several schools only send you a formal rejection letter around the time of the match date (Feb 1.) I'm assuming the schools I haven't heard from are rejections.

I would assume if you haven't heard yet, you probably won't get an interview, unless you are filling in for someone who might have declined, if they have been accepted elsewhere.
