Ok yes, I was one of the hopeful applicants who applied to HI College of Dental Medicine and sent the $100 check in "at the same time" I submitted my AADSAS. Today I received a letter signed by Dr. Rawson (dated 8/17) explaining that the school wont accept its first class and here is my check.
I think it was very nice of him.

Very nice? LOL. How about it's the law, and that's what the pharmacy school got in trouble with in the first place.

We all know that the application fees are NON-refundable. so it was very nice of him to take the time to at least sign all the letters and send the checks back. thats all.

you are right, application fees are non-refundable....but they aren't admitting anyone or doing anything with the applications. I am glad you got your money back, but I am not surprised, as for the signed letter, that is the LEAST he can do.

good luck with interviews/apps and what not.

I guess RawsIn didnt want all of his assets frozen also! haha
Wait... without all of your application fees, how is RawsIn going to pay for his brand new $900,000 luxury house in Makakilo Heights? Oh yeah, he has all of our tuition money to do that, silly me. 🙄
