Mcat determines a lot, DO chances will always be higher

Take a deep breath and just go get the good grades

agreed with sb247. Last 2 years matter more than the first two for undergrad (which the classes you took in high school would count for). Kill the MCAT. Apply broadly to mid/low-tier MD's and DO schools. Get apps in early. You should be able to get a few interviews with that.
