High School Senior Superlative: Best Smile

How appropriate is it to include this under Awards?
Applying to dental school is no laughing matter, but I feel a hint of humor is probably not common in applications (besides the personal statement).

I can fill out the other 4 slots with Fellowships/Scholarships/Honors Thesis.

I think if you have a 5th serious one, you should probably put that instead. High school stuff doesn't really matter at this point

Nothing high school related should be on your app. I guess you can bring it up in an interview as a joking matter but wouldn't go any further than that.

"Well... I would have to say my nomination for the high school senior superlative 'best smile'. From that moment on, I knew that dental school was my destiny....or should I say, my dentiny."
