"High Yield" in EK 1001 Biology?

I noticed going through the answers and explanations in ExamKrackes 1001 Biology Questions that they note in bold for about 1/4 of them: "This is a High-Yield MCAT fact/topic/question".

I'm assuming that just means that these are factoids that are most important to know? There's no key or explanation and I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

some bio topics just come up alot more than others on the BS section of the mcat. after taking all the old official mcats you'll notice that there are some themes that come up on practically each test: genetics, microbiology, cardiopulmonary physiology, etc.
