Hitting 'Refresh' While Obsessively Surfing SDN

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I've found that clicking the go icon at the bottom of a thread for "pre-allopathic forums" is alot faster than refresh....that shows I'm a junky too, makes work go by fast though.

haha, i suggest playing some online games at yahoo or games.com. you'll still be refreshing, but not quite so often 😛

I find I am doing this more and more often.

Any tips on how to kick the SDN habit?

Cold Turkey or a gradual approach?

it's so funny...i am one of those anti-spending-any-time-on-the-internet-people-because-i-have-way-better-things-to-do...normally, but ever since may 15 i've been glued to this damn website. occasionally i'll fool myself into thinking i've kicked the habit by swearing it off and leaving my comp for five minutes...then i come back on to see if i had any e-mails from the posts i subscribed to and it all starts again...i bet once we have some closure we'll get our lives back...i'm just gonna embrace my current patheticness (if that's really a word)

www.craigslist.org

enjoy laughing at the insane personals
rant and raves is pretty amsuing at times as well.

I actually used SDN to kick my addiction to craigs.
At least SDN contains useful information that might do me some good!
