HIV child with single throat nodule on vocal cord?

I remember a question somewhere that has been bugging me... a young child / infant with maternal HIV has a single nodule on their vocal cord. What is it? The options were HPV, HSV, and a few others.

HPV papilloma? HPV has a predilection for stratified squamous epithelium.
