I chose not to include any hobbies or interests on my application. But now after submitting it, I am second guessing my decision and feel that I probably should have included some activities there. If I were to put anything it would be that I run, like to try new restaurants, and enjoy travelling. Does this have a negative impact on my application? Should I possibly include these in my personal statement, like in a small paragraph at the bottom?

I wouldn't bother shoehorning this into your personal statement; it'll look weird and out of place there.

Don't worry about it. It's certainly not going to be something that'll make the difference between getting an interview or not, and I imagine if your interviewer cares they'll find some way to ask, "So tell me about what you enjoy doing outside of medicine," or some variant of the question.

Thanks for the tip - Go Spurs! I used to be a big David Robinson fan.
