hospitals for externships/observerships in the east coast

Hi everyone,
I am a foreign md,passed usmle steps 1 and 2,not in a program yet,cos of the competetive nature.Would like to know of any hospitals in the east coast that have externship/observership programs.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am also open to any suggestions about any ongoing clinical research I can get into.

Go to the public site of Club IMG. It lists IMG-friendly states & hospitals, gives externship info, etc.
