Hours Issue

At a university medical center, I did a research project and ER volunteering. I had to go through the volunteer department for the research since it was unpaid and they counted a combo of my hours for both research + ER, so I don’t know exactly how many hospital (ER) volunteering hours I have. Should I just put the combined total? (only thing is that I accumulated 400-500 hours for research so would that be suspicious if I put the combined hrs under ER?)
