Hello all,
I am about to graduate from temple dental school and I have a house that I would like to try and sell or possibly do rent to own. The home is located in roxborough section of philadelphia. Public transportation is close by as is manayunk with its assortment of eateries, bars, and shops. The home has been recently renovated and and has central air. It is a short 15-20 minute commute to the temple health science campus. The other professional schools within the city are a little further away but are still very reasonable in terms of time of commute.
