Hi! I am looking for housing in Boston near NECO and was wondering how people go about looking for housing in a good location, with preferably inexpensive prices, that is safe. Is anyone in particular looking for housing? Feel free to PM me.

I didn't much explore housing in Boston after my interview at N.E.C.O., as I somehow didn't love the idea of living there, but if you're generally wondering how to being, I suggest you browse Craig's List; talk with your future classmates, on Facebook's page for N.E.C.O.'s class of 2014; visit Web sites such as, and including, www.apartmentratings.com; investigate population/crime statistics in areas in which you found yourself interested; etc.

Good luck.

Facebook ur classmates so you can figure out roomies ahead of time. Bos is tricky cuz there are some good realtors and some not so good. The college is in back bay, great neighbourhood - I always felt safe. Some students lived in kenmore. Do research online then set up viewings.

Some of the neco fb pages have list of realtors
