Can anyone who has gone through the “partnership” track with usap Houston comment on whether it is worth it? First year is salaried employee, next two years take a pay cut and then you become a “partner” and they make you buy at least $100k in usap stock within 3mo. Any Comments appreciated on the rest of their benefit package, call schedule, work hours, relationship with crnas etc
