I did two months of peds at Children's in Detroit and it was an amazing experience. Being Detroit, you see everything - and I mean everything. It's an excellent clinical experience. Their residency program is, from what I obsered, well-organized. Residents were friendly and seemed happy overall. They have a nightflow system too which seems to help everyone in the long run. The hospital is huge and very colorful and super kid-friendly. As a side note, the Pistons and Red Wings stop by the inpatient floors on holidays! 🙂 I think it's worth an interview.
