How accurate is AAMC official MCAT topic list?

I see the AAMC official topic list here for MCAT.

Is this a 100% all ends resource? Or is it very likely that there will be multiple questions asked on topics specifically not listed on here?

The AAMC isn't trying to **** you over so I would say it's pretty accurate and would trust their outline over any prep book. Some material will show up in prep books that isn't listed specifically in the outline, but still pertain to that concept(s).

You are expected to know enough background information on each topic on the list to get a question right.

However, you can get a question on the MCAT on a topic that is not on the list. In this scenario, you would be provided with what should be enough background information to get the question right in either the question stem or the passage.. This is where the critical thinking skills kick in.

Hey....AAMC are the basically the people who make the many versions of MCAT. And like the person said that he AAMC won't mess whit you. whatever they give would be viable.

It's unintentionally misleading. There are a lot of little things inside each of those topics that you might not expect to be on the mcat, but actually are. Also, if the AAMC FLs are any indicator they may also stick some random psychology questions on the mcat (which aren't mentioned anywhere on those topic lists).
