How add AOA?

My school doesn't bestow AOA until late sept. if the CAF is set in stone once complete, and the AOA status is part of the CAF, how can I notify schools that I received AOA (wishful thinking) in late sept if I intend to submit ERAS sept 1st? Do I have to contact them all directly?

I believe that AOA status is one area that you are permitted to revise and update in ERAS after you submit your application. There is also an "AOA Eligible" designation which you could use on the CAF which would likely trigger the programs following up with you about your status before they make their final interview invitation decisions.

Of course, it wouldn't hurt to send a follow up email to the coordinator of the programs where you are most interested in interviewing as well if you are elected.
