The strongest factor for me, being married with 2 kids, is how close is the school to family. I have family in SoCal, NE and VA, so I chose schools from there.

I picked my state schools, some schools surrounding my state schools, and some schools that had lower GPA/DAT stats (large, private schools). I only got into NYU and it's my top choice...what a coincidence
