I'm off by ONE little course and I need to take an extra semester for my B.S. in bio.

How bad does this look?

I have the option of getting my B.A. in psychology (only need 3 more psych courses), but that would make me graduating as a fifth year senior. Is this better for my application instead of getting 1 degree and graduating late?

So then I'd be graduating late, but get 2 degrees. Is this a bad thing?

No. It's fine to graduate as a 5th year - just do well in your classes and keep up with your ECs

Having two degrees won't make you more appealing in the eyes of adcomms. Spending an extra year building quality ECs or doing some GPA repair will.

I got my associates during high school and it still took me four years to graduate from UG. It didn't effect my acceptances.

There no particular to decide its bad or good but for obvious reasons to have a smooth and good career one must try to be completing grad. on time.

In China undergrad med school is 5 years. So I don't think it will be any problem. Work with some profs while you're at it.
