How bad is a clinical grade of "pass" on my transcript if i'm going for a very competitive specialty?

Hey everyone
I am hoping to dual apply plastics and gen surg. I am taking a research year and already have projects going on. I have 4 other clinical grades that are honors (one HP, one pending).
However, this clerkship (Ob/Gyn), i did good on the shelf. I was verbally told im doing great, im being helpful and that my presentations are very detailed. Yet today I open my evals and I see the most mediocre grades (almost all 3.5s with a couple 4 here and there) and I'm really, really freaking out.
If i do well on step 2, have a very productive research year and do well on my aways/get good letters, how bad am I screwed by this subpar grade from Ob/Gyn? One of my honors is in surgery btw, if that matters. Thank you and sorry if I sound too neurotic or panicked because I am panicking 🙁

lol I know sorry I realize I sound a bit too much rn but it was just such a shock cuz I got amazing verbal feedback and the eval doesn't reflect that. Guess I'll focus on the next steps now

Number grading schemes are subjective and programs know that. A 3.5/5 to 1 person in a 5/5 to another. Don't sweat it.

That being said, I'd look over the comments in the evals...those will make it onto your MSPE.
