So, I called the school I really want to go.
and this secretary told me that she will write a note that I am very interested in the school.
How this would benefit me ?

By showing interest, the admission committee/director may give your application further consideration when it comes to giving out interviews/acceptances. It is not 100% but rather has the potential to help you out depending on the school.

Let's all assume this question is a joke and move on
Well, now that we are in the mood of assuming stuff, let's assume your comment is also a joke and move on...

There is no guarantee it may help for you but I've heard many cases in which interviews/acceptances have been granted after the applicant has contacted the school and reiterated their strong interest. There is nothing to lose.

The same thing just happened to me too...the lady even told me she knows me.. lol I am so worried if it is a bad thing.
