Seriously, I have been trying to memorize this crap for days and it goes in one ear and out the other!! The age group, where in the bone it affects, whether its painful or not, I just can't seem to straighten it in my head. Can anyone help me get over this? I appreciate the suggestions.

Are you in school right now, or are you out of school?

My advice is, if you're spending 'days' trying to memorize the bone neoplasia info, is to move on. It's important, but not so important that you should ignore other things...

I don't really have any useful ways to remember them.

Good luck.

You could try and organize them in a chart. Classify under age groups, and then you can use a high-lighters of different colors for the painful vs not painful. Seems like the best way to go about it.

if ur a visual learner, try to focus on just one (maybe two) sources for this. I used FA for these lesions and after i had seen the FA picture a few times it stuck. I then supplemented info into FA from Goljan RR and that helped organize the info. but seriously, this is one topic of hundreds and spending days on this will be pretty low yield.
