How can pulmonary hypertension result in pneumothorax?

Confused. I read that pneumothorax is abnormal accumulation of air within the pleural space, making the intrapleural pressure less negative, which decreases the force keeping the lungs against the chest wall. But how can pulmonary hypertension (e.g., in the setting of chronic pulmonary congestion) cause pneumothorax?
